Our Process
How We Get Things Done

Pre-Production
First step in any project we take on is through establishing a connection and understanding with our client. This starts with a discovery call, where all the project needs and how we can help are discussed. Then the planning stage, where we utilize apps like Milanote and Frameset to build visual guides on how the final product will be delivered. This stage is arguably one of the most important for us, as it gives our clients a chance to align with the vision, to make changes if necessary, all while ensuring a smooth shoot day.

Post-Production
Utilizing the guidelines and vision set in the pre-production process, we dive in to the edits. We take our client's visions and add our flare to it, whether that be through photo or video, creating scroll-stopping content that generates results. Communication is key in this part of the process for us. We do periodic check-ins and updates with our clients to make sure all bases are covered and any deadlines are accounted for.

Shoot Day
After finalizing the pre-production plan, we utilize any approved shot lists and storyboards to guide us through our shoot day, making sure everything that our clients' wants and needs are successfully captured. Our established network allows us to work with a variety of industry experts and models to achieve the vision that our clients look for. The way EJD Visuals is structured, we can accomplish a run-and-gun shoot with minimal crew, or take on larger projects that require extensive support staff. The sky is the limit!

Revisions & Final Delivery
While we may be happy with what we deliver, we realize that final input from our clients is crucial. This is why every package we offer includes at least two revisions, where we can make changes to the first delivery. With this, we strive to deliver an outstanding product each and every time. We export in multiple formats and resolutions to best fit the platform/channel that's to be used. Depending on the platform, we can also make strategic marketing suggestions on how to best utilize the delivered content.
